Pricing: one small fee per payment
No subscription, no setup fee, no monthly minimum. You pay only when a payment is made: 0.49% on the smallest payments, down to 0.01% above $100,000, and never more than $100.
The fee is never taken from the payment, so the receiver always gets the full amount. It is priced in USD when the payment is created and also shown in your own currency.

Minimum fee $0.01, maximum $100. The network fee is separate and set by the payer's own wallet.

How the fee is collected
- Pay links, payment requests and single payments (on-chain or Lightning): the payer sends one normal payment for the exact amount. The fee is added to your send21 account when the payment confirms. You settle the balance in one payment, in BTC, USDC, USDT, EURC, SOL or ETH. Once the balance reaches $10 or the oldest fee is 30 days old, you settle it before you create new pay links or drafts.
- Drafts for PSBT and batching wallets: the fee is a separate output next to the payment, in the same transaction (on Ethereum and other EVM chains, a separate transfer that a Safe can batch). The sender sees it before signing, and nothing is billed later.
- Very small fees on Bitcoin PSBT drafts: a fee below the 546-sat dust limit is too small to send on-chain, so it is waived, up to 5 times a day. After that it is added to your account.
send21 never adds a spread to exchange rates. Payments priced in fiat use a locked market rate, and the rate, its source and the time are recorded on the payment.
