Pricing
One fee, tiered by payment size. No subscriptions, no setup cost, no monthly minimum, no per-seat pricing. Creating an account, API keys, webhooks, recurring templates, and the Shopify app are all free — you pay only when a payment is created, and the fee shrinks as payments grow: from 0.49% on the smallest payments down to 0.01% above $100,000, always capped at $100.
The fee is priced in USD when the payment is created (same price feed as fiat conversion) and shown in your selected fiat currency too. The receiver always gets the exact billed amount.

How the fee is collected
- Multi-output drafts (Bitcoin PSBT): the fee rides as a separate, transparent output in the same transaction — you see and verify it in your wallet before signing. No second payment step.
- Single-output payments (checkout pay links, payment requests, QR drafts): nothing extra rides along. The fee accrues to the creator's account and is settled with one payment (BTC, USDC, USDT, or EURC) once the balance reaches the cap.
Network mining fees are separate and always set by the sender's own wallet — send21 is never in the money path and never adds a spread on exchange rates: fiat-pegged payments use a locked, recorded market rate with full quote provenance.
