Crypto invoice generator

A send21 invoice is a pay link: you set the amount in your own currency, your client picks how to pay, and the money goes straight to your wallet. It is free to create, and you see when it is paid.

How to make a crypto invoice

  • Sign up free with an email address. No subscription.
  • Open Get paid. Enter the amount in your currency (EUR, USD, SEK or any of 161), a message such as "Invoice 2026-041, logo design", and an order id if you track invoice numbers.
  • Choose what you accept: BTC on-chain or over Lightning, USDC, USDT, EURC, SOL or ETH, each paid to your own address.
  • Send the link by email or chat, or show the QR code. Your client opens it, picks a currency, and pays from any wallet.
  • Get told when it is paid: by email, in the app and, if you want, by a signed webhook to your own system.

Why a pay link beats a wallet address on a PDF

  • The exact amount in crypto is worked out when your client pays, at a locked rate, so a price in EUR stays a price in EUR.
  • Your client sees which network to use, so USDC does not end up on a chain you do not use.
  • send21 watches the chain and tells you when the payment is confirmed. No checking block explorers.
  • A payment that arrives a little short (exchanges often deduct a withdrawal fee) is flagged for you to accept or decline, not silently lost.
  • The address is shown with its start and end highlighted, so clipboard malware that swaps addresses is easier to spot.

What it costs

Creating invoices is free. When one is paid, send21 bills a small fee to your account: 0.49% on the smallest payments, down to 0.01% above $100,000, and never more than $100. The fee is never taken from the payment, so you receive the full amount. See pricing.

For your records

Each paid invoice keeps the amount, the rate used with its source and time, the transaction and your order id, and you can download a PDF of the payment. send21 never holds or converts money, so taxes and bookkeeping in your country are up to you.

Questions

Is the crypto invoice generator free?

Creating and sending invoices is free, with no subscription. A small fee is billed to you only when an invoice is paid, from 0.49% down to 0.01%, capped at $100.

Can I invoice in euros or kronor and get paid in crypto?

Yes. Price the invoice in any of 161 currencies. The crypto amount is calculated at a locked rate when your client picks a currency.

Does send21 hold the money?

No. Your client pays your own wallet directly. send21 never holds keys or funds, so it cannot freeze or lose your payment.

Do I need to verify my identity?

No KYC: send21 never holds your money, so there is nothing to verify. You sign up with an email address. The rules that apply to your own business still apply to you.

Can my client pay from an exchange?

Yes, from any wallet or exchange that can send to an address. Exchanges sometimes deduct their fee from the amount; send21 flags a payment that arrives short so you can accept it or ask for the rest.
